ps_pdf_printable_labels

Our printable labels are popular with Paper Source customers because their uses are endless. They make lovely mailing labels, but can just as easily be used for names on school cubbies, card making, or perfecting a scrapbook. You can even achieve total organization for your pretty as a picture workspace, like the image above.

However looks can be deceiving! Sometimes printing on labels can be a tear-your-hair-out experience. Wasted and unusable pages are par for the course, and often it feels as if you need a degree in graphic design (or Microsoft Word) to be successful at all.

Fret not! We’ve heard your wailing cries of woe from our design headquarters in Chicago, and offer up a new solution: easy to use PDF templates! Simply download (any of the styles shown here), type in your info, and hit print. If you want to get a little more complicated and change fonts and color, it’s just a couple of clicks away.

If you want to flex your graphic design skills, we still have templates in Microsoft Word, Pages, and Indesign available – so you can customize our products as much as you dare. Happy printing!

This is fabulous! I use your labels for everything I possibly can as they are so easy to use. I especially love the oval labels however I need to figure out how to print them length wise in addition to as an oval. I have seen this on cards but have never been able to figure out how to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  2. HOW FANTASTIC! I have a project I’m working on and will need to make labels – this is right on time!

@Barbara – try using WordArt in Word – I think you can make the text fit the path of an oval. If you know the dimensions of your shape you can create the text in Word or PowerPoint and then work from there.
